Stuffed pepper

On a piece of bread, boiled egg, piquillo pepper stuffed with Russian salad (mixture of boiled potato, hard-boiled egg, carrot, onion, olive and mayonnaise) coated with mayonnaise and grated hard-boiled egg and topped with a boiled prawn. Eaten cold.
