PINTXOSQR aims to bring the pintxo culture closer to all those who visit us. We Basques socialise around eating and drinking and we like to make our way round the local bars and taverns, meeting people over a glass of Rioja Alavesa or Txakoli from Getaria, enjoying good conversation and one or two pintxos from among the many on display. We encourage you to share this way of enjoying the best part of our bars and eateries... their pintxos.
We have considered pintxos to be "made using local produce" if the main ingredients are produced, raised or caught in Euskadi or if the production method is a historical tradition in our cuisine (particular ways of preparing cod, hake, etc. according to regional recipes).
